Hi,
I purchased the 3 device license along with anit-theft. Silly me, it didn't occur to me that while I can put anti-theft anywhere, I apparently can not do the same with the 360 license. When I followed the download instructions I received "Thank you for choosing Symantec. No product available for your device." in return.
So, how does this get remedied? And, I'd like to have a chat with Symantic product folks about their use of the term "devices" and product mix, how do I do that?
