Can't create a Recovery DVD with SSR 2013 trial

I've downloaded the SSR Recovery .ISO.  When I get to the "Create Custom Symantic System Recovery Disk" window there is a box to check which would create a DVD but it is disabled.  When I click on the box to create another .ISO I get a checkmark.  But when I click on the Create DVD box nothing happens.
