Using the N360 antispam plugin with Outlook 2013 causes the identity vault to "Require Restart" and crashes N360--the icon on the taskbar disappears and the program will no longer launch.
Using Windows 8 64 bit, Norton 360 Premier version 20.3.1.22, and MS Outlook 2013.
I have the latest updates. I have uninstalled N360 using the Removal Tool and reinstalled twice. Each time I have updated N360 and applied all "Patches."
Right now I have disabled the email filter/antispam plugin in Outlook. This is an important feature for me, so I am not satisfied with this solution.
Please help.
