For some reason Norton Management doesn't seem to be recognizing the Norton Anti-virus installed on two Macs both running OSX 10.8. Is this a known flaw with Norton Management? I've re-installed both the Norton Management and Anti-virus software but on the My Devices page of Norton Management both of the Mac say that no secuirty software is installed. Any help on how to fix this issue would be appreciated.
