I recently installed the update for 360 and am now unable to connect to the internet. I use a mobile stick to access the internet and the message i get is that the device is disabled. I have spoken to the internet provider who suggested I uninstall and re install the device however it still says device disabled. I have tried the device in another computer and it works. They suggested that the anti virus could be blocking the device in some way. Has anyone got any suggestions.
