When I first got it the other day it first wouldn't open at all, but now I can get it to open after waiting a while. That's all I can do. When I click on anything nothing happens. I had gotten the 8504, 104 error and something about symantec service framework not responding. I follow the instructions on the support page and nothing helped. I've already removed and reinstalled this program around 5 times and still the same errors. I have no other antivirus programs and Norton 360 turned off my firewall so I don't know what the problem is with this. I have windows 7 if that information helps.
