To, Norton Support,
I have been using norton since quite some time, from my past experience with other anti-virus products, if product expires, only new updates are stopped, but firewall and virus protection continous as per existing updates.
But Norton is quite annoying, it deactivates my firewall and anti-virus , and not only that it also does not allow me to use Identity safe. I can understand about stopping further updates, but I fail to understand why it has to stop firewall and anti-virus?
Hav't I paid for the product when i purchased ?
Honestly I am re-thinking to use some other anti-virus, just wanting to hear, what norton wants to say about it.
